Moments happen. They are not always expected and it gives us many photographic opportunities and certainly something to look back on and smile. I’m not sure I need to explain what is happening here, but I will. Emmerson, the daughter of the groom, was lighting her side of the unity candle and, as you can imagine, there was a little difficulty getting a flame. The expressions on both images are priceless and I’m sure it’s a moment Emmerson will remember.
My good friend from college, Michael “Scotty” Scott, married his lovely bride Gena and I had the honor of not only spending time with them, but documenting the rehearsal, wedding, and reception. I can’t express to you how wonderful it was for me to celebrate with them and spend time with an old buddy I don’t see often enough.
